Role Overview: As a caretaker at Sandstone Park, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of our facilities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of amenities
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Performing minor repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assisting guests with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with the management team to uphold park standards and procedures.
What We’re Looking For: We are interested in building a pool of talented individuals who have experience in caretaking, preferably within a similar hospitality or recreational setting. Key qualifications and attributes we value include:
- Proven experience in maintenance and general handyman tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with RMS (Reservation Management System) or similar software is highly desirable.
