Less than 24hr notice = 50% Refund*
*All refunds have a $10 administration fee

Plans change, we get it. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Off-Peak
Cancel more than 48 hours in advance? You’ll receive a full refund, minus a $10 administration fee.
Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice? We’ll have to keep one night’s fee, and refund the rest (again, minus the $10 admin fee).
Peak Periods / School Holidays
Give us more than 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, less the $10 admin fee.
If it’s less than 48 hours’ notice, unfortunately, all monies paid are non-refundable.
